Northeastern Orb 2026, Witness FD-302 (companion account, 1987 prior sighting)
This redacted FBI form FD-302 (interview report) is the companion to FBI-UAP-D009, documenting the same February 2026 Northeastern orb event from the second witness and recording photos taken by agents. This witness describes yellow ball-of-light objects (basketball- and beach-ball-sized) moving laterally behind trees, reports no health effects, and recounts a separate 1987 sighting of a red light near power lines. With FBI-UAP-D009 it constitutes the newest evidence in Release 03.
