Colorado Springs UAP, Witness FD-302 Interview (2022 sighting, 2025 interview)
This is a redacted FBI form FD-302 (interview report) documenting a Microsoft Teams interview, conducted in 2025 by a Special Agent and a Supervisory Special Agent, of one of five US Army personnel who reported a stationary aerial object over Cheyenne Mountain near Fort Carson, Colorado, in early February 2022. The witness describes a motionless, matte off-white, "bean-shaped" object that all five men observed for roughly three to five minutes before it vanished.
